Job Overview
Royal Maison is looking for a patient and dedicated Learning Support Tutor to provide individual academic guidance to a child in a private household in Dubai. This is a full-time, live-out position for an educator who can adapt learning activities to a child’s age, current studies and individual learning needs. The tutor will help with homework, school assignments and exam preparation while encouraging confidence, independence and consistent study habits.
The role combines structured tutoring with practical support for the child’s daily routine when required. The tutor should be able to explain subjects clearly, recognize where additional help is needed and adjust teaching methods to keep learning positive and productive. Regular communication with parents about progress and areas requiring attention is part of the position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one tutoring and learning support based on the child’s needs.
- Assist with homework, school assignments and preparation for examinations.
- Create engaging learning activities suited to the child’s age and academic level.
- Encourage effective study habits, confidence and independent learning.
- Monitor progress and share relevant updates with the parents.
- Support basic childcare needs and the child’s daily routine when required.
- Maintain a safe, respectful and encouraging learning environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous work as a tutor, private educator or learning support tutor is required.
- Strong English communication skills are important.
- Candidates should be patient, organized and able to adapt teaching approaches.
- The ability to support basic childcare needs and daily routines is required.
- Relevant educational qualifications will be an advantage.
- Applicants must be available for a live-out role in Dubai.
