Job Overview
An employer in Riyadh is seeking an Electronics Engineer with practical experience in Extra-Low Voltage systems and electronic security solutions. The successful candidate will support the installation, configuration, integration and maintenance of systems used to protect buildings and facilities. The work is particularly relevant to engineers familiar with CCTV, access control and Video Management Systems. A minimum of five years of relevant experience and a degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline are required.
The position requires the ability to understand technical drawings, identify system issues and coordinate with project teams during installation and commissioning. The engineer should be comfortable investigating faults, documenting technical findings and ensuring that installed equipment works as intended within the wider security system. Knowledge of networking concepts is also important for integrating connected devices and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain ELV and electronic security equipment.
- Support the integration of CCTV, access control and Video Management Systems.
- Review engineering drawings and technical specifications before installation.
- Diagnose system faults and carry out appropriate troubleshooting activities.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation and engineering specifications.
- Coordinate with project personnel during installation, testing and commissioning.
- Check that completed work follows project requirements and relevant standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field is required.
- At least five years of relevant ELV or electronic security systems experience is required.
- Strong practical knowledge of CCTV, access control and VMS is essential.
- Candidates should understand basic networking and security-system integration.
- The ability to interpret drawings and prepare technical documents is required.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills are expected.
