Logistics Coordinator

CCECC Dubai, a leading name in infrastructure construction and engineering across the UAE, is recruiting an experienced and highly organised Logistics Coordinator to join its growing project team in Dubai. This is a critical operational role on large-scale infrastructure projects — including RTA-related works — where your ability to keep materials flowing, equipment moving, and site activities running on schedule will directly influence project success.

You’ll serve as the central logistics hub between suppliers, subcontractors, warehouses, and project site teams, ensuring that nothing is delayed, misplaced, or overlooked. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives under pressure, thinks several steps ahead, and has first-hand experience navigating the unique logistics demands of Dubai’s infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all material deliveries, equipment mobilisation and demobilisation, and site logistics activities in alignment with project schedules and priorities.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, monitoring their performance and ensuring deliveries meet quantity, quality, and timing requirements.
• Track and maintain accurate records of inventory levels across site warehouses, flagging potential shortfalls and initiating replenishment orders in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain detailed logistics schedules, integrating them with overall project plans and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Quickly identify and resolve site delivery issues, access challenges, or material shortages before they escalate into project delays.
• Ensure all logistics documentation — delivery notes, material certificates, waybills, and inventory logs — is accurately maintained and properly filed.
• Ensure all logistics activities are carried out in full compliance with HSE requirements, company procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Act as the primary communication link between the project management team, site engineers, warehouse staff, and external logistics providers.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience working on infrastructure projects in Dubai — this is a mandatory requirement and applications without this background will not be considered.
• Direct hands-on experience with RTA projects or similar government-led infrastructure works is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of logistics coordination, material tracking, inventory control, and warehouse management in a construction or engineering environment.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and manage logistics plans and schedules in coordination with project teams.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements applicable to logistics and construction site operations.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills — able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
