Multiple Hospitality Sector Roles (8 Positions)

Open Positions (8 Roles):

1. Senior Accountant — Manage financial reporting, accounts reconciliation, and month-end closing processes. CPA/ACCA qualification and UAE hospitality/F&B experience preferred.
2. Finance Manager — Oversee the full finance function, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls across the group. Minimum 5 years of finance management experience in F&B or hospitality required.
3. Reservationist cum Hostess — Handle reservations, manage the booking system, and provide a warm, professional welcome to every guest. Excellent communication and multitasking skills essential.
4. Restaurant Manager — Lead all front-of-house operations, drive revenue, manage the team, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction at every touchpoint. Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant management experience required.
5. Restaurant Supervisor — Support the Restaurant Manager in supervising service, training staff, and maintaining service standards throughout each shift.
6. Arabic Chef — Prepare authentic, high-quality Arabic cuisine with a focus on consistency, presentation, and flavour. Strong knowledge of Levantine or Gulf cuisine required.
7. Commis — Assist senior chefs with food preparation, mise en place, and kitchen operations. A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are key.
8. Kitchen Helper / Steward — Support kitchen cleanliness, dishwashing, equipment maintenance, and general kitchen assistance to ensure smooth operations throughout service.

General Requirements (all roles):

• Currently residing in Dubai, UAE — this is a strict requirement for all positions.
• Relevant experience for the specific role applied for; please clearly indicate the position in your application.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is strongly preferred across all roles.
