A leading manufacturing and engineering organization in Dubai is seeking a Manager – Quality & Operational Excellence to lead continuous-improvement initiatives. The role focuses on quality enhancement, Lean and Six Sigma implementation, process standardization, waste reduction, and measurable operational performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality and continuous-improvement programs across manufacturing operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity, cost efficiency, waste, turnaround time, and customer performance.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis, DMAIC, and structured process-improvement projects.
- Drive reductions in defects, rework, variation, and process inefficiencies.
- Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving workshops.
- Monitor quality and operational KPIs and validate project benefits.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other functions.
- Standardize processes and strengthen the continuous-improvement culture.
Requirements
- 8–14 years of manufacturing quality and operational-excellence experience.
- B.E./B.Tech or equivalent engineering qualification.
- Strong Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and DMAIC experience.
- Expertise in RCA, 7 QC Tools, FMEA, SPC, and process capability.
- Experience with process mapping and value-stream mapping.
- Strong KPI, analytical, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt and ISO 9001 experience are preferred.
