IT Support Engineer

A leading organization in Dubai is hiring a hands-on IT Support Engineer to provide end-user and infrastructure support. The role covers Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, networking, endpoint security, IT assets, service-desk operations, and workplace technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, and end-user devices.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Manage Active Directory/Entra ID accounts, passwords, MFA, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP issues.
• Manage endpoint security, EDR/antivirus, updates, and patching.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and equipment allocation.
• Handle ITSM/service-desk tickets within SLA requirements.
• Support meeting rooms, Teams Rooms, projectors, displays, and AV systems.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of IT Support or Infrastructure Support experience.
• Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Hands-on Active Directory/Entra ID administration.
• Good networking and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with endpoint security, ITSM, asset management, and SLA-driven support.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE-based candidates with immediate availability or up to 30 days’ notice are preferred.
