Landscape Draftsman

GLS Landscaping is seeking a skilled Landscape Draftsman to prepare accurate technical drawings for landscaping and construction projects in Dubai. The role requires advanced AutoCAD capability, knowledge of hardscape and softscape detailing, and strong coordination with architectural, civil, MEP, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update hardscape, softscape, grading, and setting-out drawings.
• Develop plans, sections, details, schedules, and typical construction drawings.
• Coordinate drawings with architectural, civil, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.
• Maintain CAD standards, layers, Xrefs, formats, and revision control.
• Coordinate with site teams to resolve drawing issues and provide technical support.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of drafting experience, preferably in landscaping.
• Advanced AutoCAD proficiency.
• Strong understanding of landscape construction drawings and drafting standards.
• Good knowledge of dimensions, levels, sections, materials, and construction details.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
