RBK Holding LLC, a diversified group holding company in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a strategic, digitally sharp Marketing Manager to lead marketing across its multiple business entities. This is a high-visibility leadership role reporting close to senior management, ideal for someone who’s as comfortable talking brand strategy as they are reading an analytics dashboard.
You’ll own everything from brand positioning to AI-powered marketing and corporate communications — managing multiple brands across digital platforms while working directly with senior leadership to drive results across sectors as varied as Oil & Gas, Medical, Hospitality and FMCG.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing group-wide marketing strategy, brand positioning and growth initiatives
- Leading digital marketing, including AI-powered marketing, content and automation
- Managing social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns
- Overseeing events, corporate communications and brand-awareness activities
- Reading performance through data and analytics tools
- Managing multiple brands across digital platforms
- Working with internal teams and senior management to hit business goals
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of total marketing experience, including 5+ years in the UAE
- Experience across sectors like Oil & Gas, Medical, Hospitality or FMCG (preferred)
- Strong experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM and programmatic advertising
- Strong analytics skills — Google Analytics, Meta Insights
- Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar automation platforms
- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage
Estimated salary: AED 25,000–35,000 per month.
