Azizi Developments is hiring an experienced Material Engineer – Civil in Dubai to take ownership of material quality across its building projects. This is a senior technical role for someone who’s spent more than a decade in contracting or consultancy and knows what it takes to keep a high-rise tower project compliant from foundation to façade.
You’ll manage material selection and approvals, making sure everything used on site meets project specs, regulatory standards and quality expectations. Experience across residential, hospitality and high-rise developments in Dubai will put you ahead of the pack.
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing selection, testing and QA of construction materials
- Confirming materials meet project specs, regulatory standards and performance requirements
- Reviewing and approving material submittals against project and design requirements
- Working with Design, Procurement and Construction teams to optimize material use
- Supporting cost-reduction initiatives and sustainable material choices
- Maintaining documentation and quality records for approvals and testing
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years with contracting or consultancy firms
- Experience on residential and high-rise tower projects in Dubai (preferred)
- Exposure to residential, hospitality, high-rise and special projects
- Strong knowledge of civil material specs, testing methods and quality standards
Estimated salary: AED 15,000–22,000 per month.
