Enclave Real Estate is expanding in Dubai and wants a driven Sales Manager / Team Leader who can build, motivate and grow a high-performing sales team. If you know the Dubai real estate market well and have already proven you can lead a team to consistent results, this is a strong growth opportunity.
You’ll be given real ownership here — shaping sales strategy, coaching team members through deals, and building the client relationships that keep the pipeline healthy, all within a growth-focused environment that backs its people.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading, motivating and managing a real estate sales team toward targets
- Monitoring sales activity and helping team members close deals
- Developing strategies to boost sales performance and growth
- Building strong client relationships and supporting negotiations
- Coaching the team on market trends, sales process and customer management
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience
- A proven track record of closing sales
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Arabic speaker preferred, or UK national
