A busy medical center in Abu Dhabi needs an experienced Medical Receptionist to join immediately. If you thrive on delivering warm, professional service to patients while keeping a front desk running smoothly, and you have a knack for sales, this role blends patient care with real commercial impact.
Candidates coming from aesthetics or dermatology clinics with strong sales ability will be especially well suited to this patient-focused environment, where front-desk operations and customer relationships go hand in hand.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming and assisting patients with a professional, friendly approach
- Managing front desk operations, appointments, and patient enquiries
- Handling customer communication and delivering excellent service
- Supporting sales activity and promoting clinic services when needed
- Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative documentation
- Coordinating with medical staff to keep patient flow smooth
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist
- Strong sales experience required
- Previous experience in Aesthetics or Derma clinics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to join immediately
- Willing to work 5 days per week
