Job Overview

A well-established Audit & Consulting firm in Dubai is hiring a skilled Mid-Level Accountant to support financial reporting, compliance, and audit functions. This role offers strong exposure to multiple industries and advisory assignments within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping, general ledger, and account reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Support internal and external audits and statutory compliance
• Assist with VAT filing and regulatory reporting
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and risks
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for deliverables
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and UAE regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• 3–5 years of relevant experience (audit/consulting preferred)
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards
• Familiarity with UAE VAT laws
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
• ACCA, CA Inter, or CPA qualification (part/fully qualified) is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and client-handling skills
