Mid-Level Accountant

Sabin Plastic Industries LLC is hiring a Mid-Level Accountant for its finance team in Dubai Investment Park. The position is suited to an accounting professional with strong fundamentals and hands-on experience in daily accounting, reconciliations, reporting, VAT support, and financial documentation.

The successful candidate will manage routine finance transactions, AP and AR, reconciliations, project-cost tracking, VAT documentation, and monthly reporting while coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Support project costing and financial tracking.
• Assist with VAT documentation and compliance activities.
• Prepare monthly reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor invoices, payments, collections, and financial records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on finance matters.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong MS Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems.
• UAE accounting experience is preferred.
• Exposure to manufacturing, fabrication, contracting, or construction is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, communication, and organization.
