    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily office operations to maintain an organized work environment
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
    • Manage documentation, filing systems, and records with accuracy
    • Support internal teams with coordination and follow-ups
    • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement with vendors

    Requirements

    • Experience in administrative or coordination roles
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent communication skills in English

    • Must be currently based in Dubai
