Key Responsibilities
- Understand client budgets, investment objectives and property preferences before recommending opportunities.
- Present relevant off-plan projects and explain key features, developer payment plans and buying steps.
- Manage enquiries and leads through the sales pipeline, maintaining timely follow-up in the CRM.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and respond clearly to questions about available properties.
- Negotiate appropriately, guide clients through the sales process and work towards closing transactions.
- Keep sales information current and coordinate with relevant colleagues during client follow-up.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have at least two years of experience in the UAE real estate market.
- Understand off-plan property sales and developer payment plans.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with different types of clients.
- Be able to manage leads, use CRM systems and maintain organised records.
- Work towards measurable sales targets and follow through on potential transactions.
- Show a strong interest in Dubai property and a commitment to good customer service.
