Job Overview
EDEN AESTHETICS Clinic is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at its premium medical aesthetics and longevity clinic in Business Bay, Dubai. The role is focused on maintaining high service standards, improving operational efficiency and supporting an excellent patient journey. It requires a hands-on leader who can guide a multicultural team and respond to the expectations of a premium client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations and coordinate workflows to support reliable service delivery.
- Review the patient journey and identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Lead, coach and develop team members, supporting recruitment and talent development where needed.
- Maintain service standards and ensure the team understands operational expectations and responsibilities.
- Coordinate schedules, resources and internal communication to support smooth clinic activity.
- Help address operational issues promptly while maintaining a professional and patient-focused environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have extensive experience in an operational or managerial role at a premium aesthetic clinic in Dubai.
- Demonstrate leadership, team management and organisational ability.
- Have experience in recruitment, coaching or developing team members.
- Communicate fluently and professionally in English.
- Russian language proficiency is an advantage.
- Understand luxury customer service and VIP patient expectations.
Skills and Competencies
This role requires emotional intelligence, sound judgement and a service-led management style. The Operations Manager should be visible in day-to-day operations, able to set clear expectations and comfortable handling concerns professionally. Strong planning and follow-through help maintain a consistent experience while the clinic continues to develop its services.
