Job Overview
Tofareya is recruiting five Food and Beverage professionals for its operations in Riyadh. The openings are intended for candidates with hospitality experience, including Arabic cuisine experience for culinary positions. Team members will contribute to smooth daily restaurant operations, maintain food safety and service standards, and help create a positive dining experience for guests in a busy hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily food and beverage operations and help maintain an efficient service flow.
- For culinary roles, prepare Arabic cuisine dishes and manage assigned kitchen responsibilities.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and safe handling practices throughout each shift.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service colleagues to support timely, consistent guest service.
- Follow operating procedures and communicate issues that may affect quality or service.
- Help maintain a professional environment and contribute to improvements in day-to-day operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have relevant Food and Beverage or hospitality experience.
- For culinary positions, demonstrate practical experience in Arabic cuisine.
- Maintain a professional attitude and a genuine interest in guest service.
- Be willing to learn, develop skills and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be currently located in Riyadh; this is mandatory.
- Be available to join immediately.
Skills and Competencies
Successful candidates should work well as part of a team, communicate respectfully and remain focused during busy service periods. Consistency, personal cleanliness, attention to detail and a willingness to follow established procedures are important. Culinary candidates should be comfortable maintaining quality and presentation while following kitchen hygiene requirements.
