Novelty Shipping Services LLC needs an experienced Operation Executive to manage the daily grind of shipping operations out of Deira, Dubai. If you’re fluent in import/export procedures, customs clearance and the general chaos-management that logistics coordination demands, this role will feel right at home.
You’ll coordinate shipments end to end, keep operational records tidy, and act as the communication link between customers, shipping partners and the wider team — all while staying compliant with company policy and international shipping regulations.
What you’ll be doing
- Handling Dubai Trade portal customs bills and municipality clearance processes
- Coordinating daily shipping and logistics operations
- Managing import/export documentation and ensuring timely shipment processing
- Liaising with shipping lines, transporters and customers
- Tracking shipments and providing accurate status updates to clients
- Preparing MIS reports and maintaining operational records
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and international shipping regulations
- Supporting warehouse and logistics teams to keep workflow moving smoothly
What you’ll bring
- At least 2 years of experience in shipping and logistics operations
- A Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred)
- Experience with import/export, freight and shipping documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software where applicable
- The ability to multitask and stay effective under pressure
- Fluency in Hindi, Urdu and English
