Job Overview
CG Talents is recruiting an Operation Manager on behalf of a premium luxury jewellery brand for its boutique operations in Riyadh. The position is suited to a professional with experience in retail operations or boutique management who can organize daily activities, supervise staff and maintain high service standards. The manager will oversee inventory and stock movement, support sales performance and ensure that company procedures are followed consistently. The role requires a balance of operational planning, people management and customer experience, with the ability to address problems quickly in a fast-paced premium retail environment. Candidates with experience in luxury jewellery or other high-end retail businesses will be particularly relevant. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Management or a related field is indicated as the expected qualification. The estimated monthly salary is SAR 12,000 to SAR 18,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the retail boutique and coordinate activities across the store.
- Manage inventory, stock control and stock movements to support product availability and accurate records.
- Supervise retail employees, guide performance and help maintain an effective team environment.
- Ensure that company procedures, policies and operating standards are followed.
- Resolve routine operational issues and coordinate with relevant contacts when further support is needed.
- Support sales performance while maintaining a consistently high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in retail operations, store management or boutique management.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Management or a related field is indicated as the expected qualification.
- Experience in luxury jewellery or premium retail is highly desirable.
Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management and stock control.
- Strong organization, planning, coordination and team leadership abilities.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain service standards in a busy retail setting.
Employment Details
Full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Estimated salary: SAR 12,000–SAR 18,000 per month. The role is focused on boutique operations for a premium luxury jewellery brand.
