Job Overview
Sanabil Medical is looking for an entry-level Medical Sales Specialist focused on in-vitro diagnostic products in Riyadh. This opportunity is intended for Saudi Nationals who have a degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or Clinical Laboratory Technology and want to start a career in healthcare sales. The specialist will introduce clinical laboratory analysers, reagents and IVD solutions to hospitals and laboratories across the Central Region. The role includes regular field visits, product presentations, customer relationship development and sales reporting. It offers exposure to laboratory operations and the medical diagnostics market while requiring a professional approach when communicating with laboratory managers, clinical pathologists and procurement teams. Fresh graduates may apply, and up to one year of sales or laboratory training experience is acceptable. The estimated monthly salary is SAR 7,000 to SAR 10,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell clinical laboratory analysers, reagents and in-vitro diagnostic solutions to hospitals and laboratories.
- Build professional working relationships with laboratory managers, clinical pathologists and procurement teams.
- Carry out planned field visits across the Central Region to identify customer needs and potential sales opportunities.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, reagent evaluations and technical presentations for customers.
- Submit regular field visit reports and update sales pipeline information through internal systems.
- Support sales growth while maintaining responsive and professional customer service.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or Clinical Laboratory Technology.
- Fresh graduate or up to one year of sales or laboratory training experience.
- Valid Saudi driving licence.
- Saudi Nationals only.
Skills and Competencies
- Understanding of clinical laboratory analysers, IVD products and laboratory workflows.
- Good business and technical English, communication, listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to build customer relationships, plan field activities and work independently.
Employment Details
Full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with field coverage across the Central Region. Estimated salary: SAR 7,000–SAR 10,000 per month. Applicants must be Saudi Nationals and hold a valid Saudi driving licence.
