A well-established automotive showroom in Ras Al Khaimah is on the hunt for an Operations Accountant who knows the dealership world inside and out. If you’ve got a background in showroom or automotive accounting and enjoy keeping the day-to-day financial engine running smoothly, this role could be a great fit.
You’ll be handling the full range of routine accounting operations, from invoicing and payments to reconciliations and cash handling, all while keeping accuracy and attention to detail front and center in a fast-paced showroom setting.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing daily accounting and financial transactions for the showroom
- Preparing and processing invoices, payments and related financial documents
- Performing regular account and transaction reconciliations
- Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate cash records
- Keeping accounting records and supporting documentation in order
- Monitoring daily financial activity to ensure everything is recorded correctly
- Supporting the showroom team with routine accounting and finance needs
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as an Operations Accountant or in a similar role
- Automotive industry experience is mandatory, ideally within a showroom or dealership
- Strong understanding of daily accounting operations and financial processes
- Experience with invoicing, payments, reconciliations and cash handling
- Sharp attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced showroom environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field preferred
