Finance Manager

A growing group of companies in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take charge of finance and accounting across several affiliated entities. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, this is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong financial controls and driving business performance across a multi-company structure.

The successful candidate will bring deep knowledge of UAE tax and accounting requirements together with real expertise in budgeting, forecasting, costing, cash flow management and IFRS-compliant reporting. Strong leadership and analytical skills matter just as much as technical know-how here, since you’ll be guiding a finance team while keeping senior management informed.

What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing finance and accounting operations across multiple companies and business entities
• Leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, costing and cash flow management
• Ensuring compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements
• Supporting accurate, IFRS-aligned financial reporting
• Monitoring financial performance and delivering analysis to senior management
• Leading and supervising the finance team while maintaining strong internal controls
• Coordinating finance activities and reporting directly with the Group CFO
• Using ERP systems and advanced Excel for financial analysis and reporting

What we’re looking for

• Arab national (mandatory)
• 8-10+ years of finance and accounting experience
• At least 6 years of professional experience within the UAE
• Minimum 3 years in a Finance Manager, Senior Accountant or supervisory capacity
• Proven track record managing finance across multiple companies or entities
• Strong ERP knowledge and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent leadership, analytical and communication abilities
• Solid understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS, budgeting and cash flow management
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA or equivalent qualification highly preferred
