Advanco is looking for an experienced, proactive Operations Coordinator to support its Abu Dhabi team. This role sits at the center of daily project and site operations – coordinating manpower deployment, logistics, documentation and communication between sites, clients and internal departments.
You’ll need strong manpower and site coordination instincts and the ability to keep several operational priorities moving at once. UAE experience is preferred, and any exposure to ADNOC or Oil & Gas projects will work strongly in your favour.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating daily project and site operations for smooth execution
- Managing manpower mobilization, deployment, transfers, replacements and demobilization
- Coordinating with HR, Recruitment, Logistics, Transport and Camp teams on operational needs
- Monitoring manpower requirements, attendance, timesheets and site staffing levels
- Liaising with clients and site representatives on operational and manpower matters
- Preparing daily and weekly operational and manpower reports
- Tracking employee leave, replacements, documentation and mobilization activities
- Monitoring visa, medical, certification and site-access requirements
- Providing day-to-day operational support to the General Manager
What you bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience, ideally in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction or Manpower Contracting
- UAE experience preferred
- Strong background in manpower deployment, site coordination and operational follow-up
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Good command of MS Office/Excel, manpower planning and visa/medical/mobilization documentation
