Reservations Supervisor / Reservations Agent

Copthorne Hotel Dubai is expanding its reservations team and is looking for experienced hospitality professionals to step into either a Reservations Supervisor or Reservations Agent role. These positions suit candidates already based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi who can start straight away and thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Whether you’re handling guest bookings directly or leading the reservations team, strong communication and a genuine service mindset are what matter most here. Experience with hotel systems like OPERA/PMS is a real advantage.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling guest reservations accurately via phone, email and hotel reservation systems
• Responding professionally to guest inquiries and booking requests
• Managing reservations, room inventory and related guest information
• (Supervisor) Coordinating the reservations team and overseeing daily operations
• Handling guest escalations and resolving concerns efficiently
• Supporting revenue, inventory management and reservation performance reporting
• (Supervisor) Training and guiding reservations team members as needed

What you bring:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced hotel or hospitality environment
• Current UAE residence and immediate availability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills (Agent)
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience in reservations or front office (Supervisor)
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems, ideally PMS/OPERA, plus revenue and inventory management know-how
