Operations Executive – Sea Freight (FCL & LCL)

SeAir Global Logistics LLC is growing its Sea Freight Operations team in Jumeirah 1, Dubai, and needs an Operations Executive who already knows the ins and outs of FCL and LCL shipments. If freight forwarding, customs clearance, and import/export coordination are already part of your daily vocabulary, this role will feel familiar fast.

You’ll be the one keeping cargo moving — coordinating with shipping lines, customers, and internal teams to make sure shipments clear customs and reach their destination without unnecessary delays.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating Sea Freight operations across both FCL and LCL shipments.
• Managing import and export customs clearance processes from start to finish.
• Handling shipment documentation and the operational details that come with it.
• Liaising with customers, shipping lines, and internal teams to keep cargo moving on time.
• Making sure every step stays compliant with Dubai customs regulations and internal standards.

What you’ll bring:

• At least 2 years of Sea Freight Operations experience in Dubai.
• A university degree.
• Local availability in the UAE — this one’s based on-site.
• Hands-on experience with Import & Export Customs Clearance and Operations in Dubai.
• Solid grasp of logistics documentation and shipment coordination.

Salary: approx. AED 5,500 – 8,500 (estimated), based on experience.
