MY PERFUME FACTORY LLC is on the lookout for a Sales Coordinator who’s confident on the phone, sharp with follow-ups, and genuinely enjoys looking after customers. This is a Dubai-based, full-time role for someone who wants to be at the heart of the sales team’s day-to-day rhythm.
You’ll be juggling cold calls, client follow-ups, and coordination between the sales team and customers — both new prospects and long-standing VIP clients. Anyone with a background in perfume, beauty, luxury, or retail will have a real head start here.
What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping daily sales activities organized and supporting the wider sales team.
- Making cold calls and following up with prospective and existing customers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP and regular clients.
- Handling customer inquiries with a genuinely helpful, service-first attitude.
- Supporting overall business growth through smooth communication and coordination.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in sales, customer service, telecalling, or something similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; Arabic is a plus.
- Genuine comfort making cold calls and following up persistently but politely.
- A professional, positive, customer-first attitude.
- Experience in perfume, beauty, luxury, or retail is preferred, though not required.
Salary: approx. AED 4,500 – 6,500 (estimated), based on experience.
