A well-established name in the Manufacturing and Agro Industry is looking to bring on a driven Sales Professional for its Dubai team. This is a B2B-heavy role built for someone who already knows their way around the UAE/GCC market and isn’t shy about picking up the phone to open a new account.
You’ll own the full sales cycle — spotting new business, nurturing distributor and dealer relationships, and closing deals that stick. It’s a target-driven environment, so if you like being measured on results and rewarded for hitting them, this is your kind of role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Hunting down new B2B business opportunities across the region.
- Managing relationships with distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
- Putting together quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales orders.
- Building the kind of client relationships that lead to repeat business.
- Hitting sales targets while keeping a healthy pipeline behind you.
What you’ll bring:
- 3–7 years of relevant sales experience.
- Either currently based in Dubai, or at least 3 years of prior Dubai work experience.
- A background in the Manufacturing or Agro Industry.
- Genuine UAE/GCC market exposure — this one’s non-negotiable.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Salary: approx. AED 7,000 – 12,000 (estimated), based on experience.
