Fit-Out Foreman

Trencor Contracting LLC is expanding its Dubai site team and is on the hunt for a hands-on Fit-Out Foreman who knows interior fit-out work inside and out. If you’ve spent years running crews on carpentry, joinery, and finishing packages across the UAE, this role puts you in charge of keeping a live project on schedule and on spec.

You’ll be the person on the ground every day — walking the site, checking workmanship against the drawings, and making sure subcontractors and suppliers are pulling in the same direction. It’s a role for someone who’s equally comfortable reading a 2D AutoCAD drawing as they are talking a crew through a tricky detail.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running the day-to-day show on-site: supervising crews, planning sequencing, and solving problems before they become delays.
• Keeping subcontractors and suppliers coordinated so materials and manpower show up when they’re needed.
• Checking quality and workmanship against project specs and interpreting 2D AutoCAD drawings accurately.
• Owning the safety and compliance side of daily operations.
• Tracking progress against the schedule and flagging risks early.

What you’ll bring:

• At least 3 years of UAE-based fit-out experience.
• A diploma or higher qualification.
• Solid background in carpentry, joinery, and finishing works.
• Comfort managing subcontractors and keeping a team aligned.
• Sharp communication and problem-solving instincts — things go sideways on site, and you need to be the one who calms it down.
• Confidence with 2D AutoCAD drawings, site supervision, quality control, material planning, and scheduling.

Salary: approx. AED 5,500 – 8,500 (estimated), based on experience.
