VED Global FZCO, part of the NB Group, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end business operations in Dubai. The role covers procurement, supplier management, logistics, sales coordination, customer fulfilment, and cross-functional performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations across procurement, logistics, trading, sales coordination, and fulfilment.
- Manage supplier relationships, purchasing activities, and operational performance.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
- Monitor operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
- Support commercial decisions through analysis of costs, suppliers, and operational performance.
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams while maintaining service standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant managerial experience.
- Strong background in operations, procurement, supply chain, trading, or related industries.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing suppliers, customers, logistics, and teams.
- FMCG, packaging, plastics, manufacturing, or trading experience is an advantage.
