A leading Dubai-based contractor is urgently hiring an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in roads, infrastructure, and road contracting. This role suits a results-driven professional who can juggle multiple live projects while keeping operations running smoothly and deadlines firmly in sight.
You’ll be leading construction operations end to end, managing site teams and resources, and coordinating closely with subcontractors to hit project targets.
What you’ll be doing
- Overseeing daily operations across multiple roads and infrastructure projects
- Managing project execution while safeguarding quality, safety, and efficiency
- Coordinating site teams, manpower, equipment, and subcontractors
- Monitoring progress, operational performance, budgets, and deadlines
- Developing effective resource planning strategies to support delivery
- Working with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve operational challenges
- Ensuring projects meet company standards and contractual requirements
What you’ll bring
- 5 to 7 years of experience as an Operations Manager
- Solid experience in roads, infrastructure, and road contracting projects
- Previous experience with a similar contractor in the same industry is essential
- Strong understanding of construction operations, execution, and resource planning
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Jordanian or Lebanese nationality preferred
