Operations Specialist Import Export

Sea Sky Logistics in Dubai is hiring a hands-on Operations Specialist – Import & Export to manage shipment coordination and freight operations. This role is ideal for logistics professionals with solid UAE experience ready to take ownership of end-to-end import and export workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily import and export activities across air and sea freight modes.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation in line with operational requirements.
• Handle shipment bookings and monitor cargo through to final delivery.
• Liaise with customers, shipping agents, and internal teams for seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and support efficient logistics processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE-based experience (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years in Import & Export operations.
• Experience handling both air and sea freight.
• Good communication and coordination skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Solid knowledge of shipping documentation, customs procedures, booking processes, and shipment tracking.
