Sea Sky Logistics in Dubai is hiring a hands-on Operations Specialist – Import & Export to manage shipment coordination and freight operations. This role is ideal for logistics professionals with solid UAE experience ready to take ownership of end-to-end import and export workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily import and export activities across air and sea freight modes.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation in line with operational requirements.
- Handle shipment bookings and monitor cargo through to final delivery.
- Liaise with customers, shipping agents, and internal teams for seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and support efficient logistics processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE-based experience (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years in Import & Export operations.
- Experience handling both air and sea freight.
- Good communication and coordination skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
- Solid knowledge of shipping documentation, customs procedures, booking processes, and shipment tracking.
