Position Summary
The successful candidate will provide operational and customer service support while helping ensure that day-to-day logistics activities are coordinated efficiently. The role involves communicating with customers, supporting internal teams, maintaining documentation, and assisting with operational requirements.
Candidates should be organized, responsive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for shipping and logistics activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with service-related requests.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records, documents, and operational information.
- Follow up on customer and operational requirements in a timely manner.
- Assist in resolving routine customer service and operational issues.
- Communicate relevant updates to customers and internal teams.
- Support daily logistics activities and other business operations.
- Help maintain high standards of customer service.
- Contribute to improving operational processes and customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good coordination and organizational abilities.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Willingness to learn new processes and industry practices.
- Adaptable attitude with the ability to handle changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Positive and professional approach to work.
- Candidates based in Dubai or available to work in Dubai are preferred.
