General Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in machining, fitting, rotating equipment, or quality inspection
- Background in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or Machine Shop environments is highly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with international engineering and quality standards
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and team-oriented attitude
Additional Requirements – Workshop Engineer
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in Oil & Gas or Power Generation sector preferred
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Gas Turbines including maintenance, overhaul, or fuel systems
- Demonstrated leadership ability to supervise teams and manage workshop operations effectively
