Patient Coordinator

Zulekha Hospital Dubai is looking for a professional and patient-focused Patient Coordinator to join its healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient appointments, inquiries, and healthcare service requirements
• Assist patients with hospital procedures and provide necessary guidance
• Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and internal departments
• Maintain accurate patient information and coordination records
• Support smooth patient flow and improve overall patient experience
• Handle patient concerns professionally and ensure timely assistance

Requirements:

• MBBS or BDS degree required
• Non-licensed medical graduates are welcome to apply
• Arab National candidates preferred
• Excellent communication and patient coordination skills
• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred
