Accel HRC
An established organization in Dubai is looking to strengthen its HR function with an experienced Payroll & HR Executive. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take full ownership of monthly payroll processing for a sizeable workforce while keeping every submission accurate, timely, and fully aligned with UAE labour regulations.
Beyond payroll, you’ll be the go-to person for HR administration – from maintaining employee files and attendance records to managing leave tracking and general workforce documentation. Because a large share of the workforce is Hindi-speaking, candidates who can communicate comfortably in Hindi and who have supported blue-collar teams before will stand out.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running end-to-end monthly payroll for a workforce of roughly 3,000+ employees, with a strong focus on accuracy and deadlines
- Keeping employee records, HR files, attendance logs and leave systems up to date
- Coordinating visa, labour card and Emirates ID paperwork in line with UAE Labour Law
- Producing payroll reconciliations and HR reports while safeguarding confidential employee data
- Acting as the first point of contact for staff payroll and HR questions
What you bring:
- 5+ years in a similar payroll/HR position within the country you’re applying from
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting or a related discipline
- Track record managing payroll for large, often blue-collar or site-based teams
- Confident communication skills, including Hindi, for engaging with the workforce
- Solid command of MS Excel, payroll reporting, UAE Labour Law compliance and HR record-keeping
