Payroll Manager

The role focuses on accurate and timely salary processing, payroll compliance, benefits administration, record keeping, and coordination between HR and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete monthly payroll cycle and ensure accurate, timely salary processing.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with HR, Finance, attendance and employee administration teams.
• Ensure payroll activities comply with UAE labour requirements and company procedures.
• Manage salary-related benefits, statutory payments and payroll adjustments.
• Maintain confidential payroll records, reports and supporting documentation.
• Lead and support payroll staff and resolve payroll discrepancies or employee queries.
• Prepare payroll reports and documentation required for management review and audits.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant payroll management experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and payroll processes.
• Practical experience with payroll systems and employee salary administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization and analytical skills.
• High level of accuracy and confidentiality when handling employee information.
