HOMZOH REAL ESTATE LLC OPC is expanding its Abu Dhabi marketing team and needs a performance-driven Marketing Specialist to plan and scale paid campaigns that generate high-quality real estate leads.
You’ll run and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn for property sales, leasing and off-plan projects, digging into CPL, CPA, ROAS and lead quality data to keep improving results. If you love the mix of creative strategy and hard analytics, and know the UAE real estate market, this is a strong fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Create lead generation campaigns for sales, leasing and off-plan projects
- Oversee website, WhatsApp, lead form and remarketing campaigns
- Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research
- Monitor budgets and optimize cost per lead
- Analyze CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS
- Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives and landing pages
- Maintain conversion tracking, analytics and attribution tools
- Coordinate with Creative, Social Media and Sales teams
- Prepare advertising performance reports for management
Requirements
- 2–3+ years in Performance or Digital Marketing
- UAE real estate industry experience highly preferred
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with CRM and lead tracking systems
Salary: AED 8,000–12,000 per month (estimated)
