Social Media Lead

A leading media and marketing agency in Dubai Media City is hiring an experienced Social Media Lead to run strategy, content and team performance across multiple client brands.

You’ll lead a social media team, own client relationships, and make sure every campaign hits quality and deadline targets. This role suits a creative, agency-savvy leader who’s managed multiple accounts and enjoys balancing hands-on strategy with people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands
• Lead and mentor the social media team
• Oversee content planning, creative direction and publishing schedules
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure campaigns meet quality standards and deadlines
• Coordinate with internal teams on engaging digital content
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years in a media or marketing agency
• Proven experience managing multiple brand accounts
• Previous experience leading a social media team
• Excellent client relationship management skills

Salary: AED 10,000–15,000 per month (estimated)
