Job Overview
Al Bayan Pharmacy Group is expanding its healthcare retail team in Al Ain and is recruiting for three full-time positions: Pharmacy Store Manager, Pharma Executive, and Beauty Advisor. The estimated monthly salary range is AED 4,000–12,000, depending on the position and the candidate’s relevant qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities
- The Pharmacy Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, coordinate staff activities, monitor inventory, and help maintain pharmacy compliance.
- The Pharma Executive will support sales activity, explain relevant healthcare products, assist customers with product questions, and contribute to sales targets.
- The Beauty Advisor will guide customers on skincare, haircare, and beauty products and help provide a welcoming retail experience.
- Monitor stock levels, maintain organized product displays, and support appropriate inventory handling.
- Provide professional service and build positive relationships with customers.
- Follow applicable regulations, company procedures, and store service standards.
- Work with colleagues to support business goals and a reliable in-store experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A DOH-licensed pharmacist is required for the Pharmacy Store Manager role.
- Leadership, sales, stock control, and regulatory compliance skills are important for the management position.
- Pharma Executive candidates should have product knowledge, customer service ability, and a sales-focused approach.
- Previous beauty retail experience is preferred for the Beauty Advisor role; skincare, haircare, and beauty product knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are needed across all roles.
