1) Planning Engineer

• Experience: 7+ years
• Project scheduling, monitoring, and progress reporting
• Proficiency in Primavera and MS Project

2) Mechanical Engineer

• Experience: 7+ years
• HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing supervision
• Installation, testing, and commissioning experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (HAP preferred)

3) Electrical Engineer

• Experience: 7+ years
• Electrical drawings review, site supervision, and standards compliance
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD

4) Architecture Design Engineer

• Experience: 5+ years (Design consultancy background preferred)
• Architectural design from concept to detailed stages
• Coordination and authority submissions
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and 3ds Max (visualization)

5) Structural Design Engineer

• Experience: 5+ years (Design consultancy background preferred)
• RC and steel design, calculations, and drawings
• Multidisciplinary coordination
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and Revit Structure

6) Survey Engineer
