KAEFER is scaling up its Abu Dhabi project team and is hiring four Planning Engineers for immediate, site-based roles.
If you’re the kind of engineer who thrives on schedules, milestones, and keeping large-scale projects on track, this is your chance to join a collaborative, hands-on environment where your planning skills directly shape project success. Gulf experience helps but isn’t required, and Primavera (P6) knowledge is a bonus rather than a barrier.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing, maintaining, and updating project schedules throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitoring progress, flagging potential delays, and recommending corrective action
- Coordinating with site, procurement, and engineering teams for smooth execution
- Supporting resource allocation and manpower planning
- Producing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Keeping projects aligned with milestones and deadlines
What you’ll bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 4–6 years of relevant project planning or engineering experience
- Strong grasp of scheduling and progress monitoring
- Gulf experience preferred but not mandatory
- Primavera (P6) knowledge is a plus; candidates without it are still welcome
- Good communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
