Junior Accountant

A leading manufacturing group in the UAE is looking to strengthen its Ajman finance team with a driven Junior Accountant who’s comfortable with the numbers behind production, not just the office ledger.

This role suits someone who has worked in FMCG, perfumes, cosmetics, or manufacturing accounting and wants to sharpen their cost accounting and ERP skills in a fast-moving industrial environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling day-to-day accounting transactions, reconciliations, and documentation
• Running industrial and cost accounting activities, including production costing and cost tracking
• Maintaining accurate inventory accounting records and monitoring manufacturing-related finances
• Preparing financial reports in line with company procedures
• Supporting VAT and Corporate Tax calculations, documentation, and compliance
• Working within ERP and accounting systems to keep financial data accurate
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing on schedule

What you’ll bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience, across at least two companies
• Arabic speaker — mandatory
• Experience in Perfumes, Fragrances, Cosmetics, FMCG, or Manufacturing highly preferred
• Hands-on practice in industrial accounting, cost accounting, production costing, and inventory accounting
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
• Comfort with accounting software and ERP systems — Phoenix Accounting System experience is a plus, SAP is an added advantage
• Ability to join within two weeks

Salary: AED 4,500 – 6,500 (estimated)
