Purchase Executive (Arabic Speaking)

Madar Emirates for Building Materials LLC is growing its procurement team in Dubai and needs a savvy, bilingual Purchase Executive who can source smart and negotiate sharper.

You’ll be the link between suppliers and the business, making sure materials show up on time, at the right price, without ever compromising on quality. Steel and building materials experience will help you hit the ground running.

What you’ll be doing:

• Sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing materials from approved suppliers at competitive rates
• Negotiating pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
• Ensuring materials arrive on time to keep operations and projects running smoothly
• Building lasting supplier relationships to secure consistent product availability
• Monitoring inventory needs and coordinating purchasing with internal teams
• Keeping accurate purchasing records in line with company procedures
• Hunting down cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality or service

What you’ll bring:

• At least 3 years of purchasing or procurement experience
• Background in building materials, steel, or construction preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
• Fluency in Arabic and English, spoken and written — a must
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
• Ability to juggle multiple purchasing activities independently
• Currently based in the UAE

Salary: AED 5,500 – 8,000 (estimated)
