Job Overview
Paymob UAE is seeking a POS Sales Acquisition Specialist to expand its merchant base and promote point-of-sale and digital payment solutions. This full-time sales role is focused on business-to-business acquisition, relationship development and converting prospects into active customers. The successful candidate will be comfortable initiating conversations with businesses, presenting payment solutions and working towards measurable sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective merchants and generate leads through active outreach and business development.
- Meet business owners and decision-makers to understand payment needs and explain relevant POS solutions.
- Arrange client meetings, deliver product presentations and demonstrate how the services can support operations.
- Discuss commercial terms, address objections and negotiate agreements with prospective customers.
- Build productive relationships with merchants and business partners after initial acquisition.
- Track sales activity and work consistently towards individual targets and wider business growth goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have proven B2B sales experience in the UAE.
- Experience in fintech, payments or merchant acquiring is preferred.
- Be confident in prospecting, negotiating and closing sales opportunities.
- Communicate professionally and manage client relationships through the sales cycle.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

The role suits a proactive, commercially minded salesperson who can organise their own pipeline, follow up persistently and explain product value in practical terms. Confidence in client-facing conversations and a results-oriented approach are important, as is the ability to maintain professional relationships while managing targets.
