Pricing & Operations Specialist

Rebel Logistics LLC is looking for an experienced Pricing & Operations Specialist to join its office-based team in Dubai. If freight forwarding is your world and you know how to turn a tight quote into a won account, this role puts you right in the middle of the action.

You’ll manage the end-to-end shipment process — pricing, booking, documentation, and customer communication — while building strong relationships with shipping lines, agents, and clients across the sea freight network.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing competitive sea freight quotations for FCL and LCL shipments
• Negotiating freight rates with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and logistics partners
• Coordinating shipment bookings and monitoring end-to-end freight operations
• Managing import and export documentation while ensuring compliance with shipping requirements
• Communicating with customers, overseas agents, and carriers to ensure smooth execution
• Monitoring operational performance and resolving logistics issues promptly

What you’ll bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding
• Strong knowledge of freight pricing and logistics operations
• Hands-on experience with sea freight, including FCL and LCL shipments
• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
• The ability to juggle multiple shipments and operational tasks efficiently

A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. This full-time, office-based role in Dubai suits a proactive operator who’s comfortable owning both the commercial and operational sides of freight.
