Core Duties
- Supervise day-to-day production activities within the wheat flour milling facility and coordinate shift priorities.
- Monitor output, workflow and product quality against established production expectations.
- Work with production personnel to maintain efficient plant operations and respond to operational issues.
- Track equipment performance and prepare clear production information for management review.
- Promote safe working practices and support practical improvements that increase productivity and reduce process interruptions.
Ideal Candidate
Relevant hands-on experience in a wheat flour mill is mandatory. Candidates with Production Supervisor experience in flour milling are preferred, while UAE exposure is useful but relevant experience gained in the home country is also accepted. Applicants outside the UAE may apply.

The supervisor will help maintain stable plant performance by coordinating people, production targets, quality checks and equipment observations.
