N Sefi Jewellery is inviting applications for the Factory Manager – Jewellery Workshop position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The opportunity is designed for professionals who can apply practical expertise in jewellery manufacturing while maintaining dependable standards in day-to-day work.
The role focuses on jewellery workshop; 14k/18k gold; jewellers/stone setters/polishers; inventory and quality. The successful candidate will work in a professional environment where accuracy, communication and consistent execution are important. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who can take ownership of assigned responsibilities and work effectively with colleagues.

Primary Accountabilities
- Lead daily workshop planning across jewellery production, repairs and custom orders.
- Allocate work among jewellers, stone setters, polishers and other workshop specialists according to production needs.
- Check finished work for purity, weight, dimensions, stone setting and finishing accuracy.
- Control gold, gemstones, scrap, inventory and material usage while limiting unnecessary wastage and rework.
- Monitor workshop performance, equipment condition, production deadlines and quality results.
Selection Profile
Applicants must have UAE jewellery manufacturing experience and a strong technical understanding of 14K and 18K gold production. Leadership, planning, problem-solving, precise production reporting and careful control of precious materials are central to the role.
