Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of large-scale construction projects from mobilisation through handover.
- Manage programme schedules, budgets, resources, procurement interfaces, and project performance against approved targets.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain progress.
- Oversee quality assurance, site safety, technical compliance, and the timely resolution of construction risks.
- Review project controls, progress reports, contract matters, and changes that may affect cost or completion dates.
- Provide clear direction to project teams, make timely decisions, and communicate progress and risks to senior stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have a successful track record delivering high-rise and mid-rise building construction projects.
- GCC construction experience is mandatory.
- Have relevant experience in a similar project or construction leadership role.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, project-management, and decision-making skills.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Be able to manage multiple priorities while protecting quality, safety, and timely completion.
