Job Overview
Rabdan Developments is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to lead social channels and content planning for real estate projects in Dubai. The role includes strategy, copywriting, publishing, community management, analytics, and use of AI-assisted tools for daily content workflows. Immediate joiners are preferred, and real estate marketing experience is an advantage. The manager will strengthen brand visibility, promote launches and events, grow audience engagement, and use performance data to improve the reach and effectiveness of digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media strategies and publishing calendars across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create content for property projects, launches, events, campaigns, and brand storytelling, including captions and short-form videos.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and video editors to produce consistent, high-quality creative material.
- Publish content, respond to comments and direct messages, and maintain a professional and active online community.
- Monitor engagement, follower growth, content performance, and campaign metrics, using insights to improve results.
- Use tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut, or comparable applications to support faster content production and creative experimentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have proven experience managing social media accounts professionally.
- Demonstrate creativity, copywriting ability, content planning, and strong organisation.
- Understand social platform trends, algorithms, audience engagement, and analytics.
- Have experience coordinating creative production and maintaining content calendars.
- Be comfortable using AI tools for content creation and marketing workflows.
- Experience with UAE real estate marketing is an advantage; immediate availability is preferred.
Core Skills
Strong social media strategy, brand voice, short-form storytelling, community management, analytics, creative coordination, and time management will be important to the role. The successful candidate should communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, and maintain accurate records while handling competing priorities.
