R E D Real Estate Dubai is seeking an experienced Property Advisor to support property sales and investment activities in Dubai. The role involves advising clients on off-plan and secondary-market opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting transactions from lead generation through closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off-plan and secondary-market properties.
- Advise clients on suitable property and real-estate investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate properties.
- Research Dubai real-estate market trends and new developments.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular client communication.
- Conduct negotiations and support property transactions through closing.
- Maintain knowledge of available listings, developments, and market conditions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Dubai real-estate experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work toward and achieve sales targets.
- Strong sales and client-management abilities.
- Interest in real estate and a results-oriented approach.
