Imtiaz Developments is hiring a Senior Interior Designer to lead luxury interior design projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage design development and coordination from concept through construction while maintaining high design and delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior design projects from concept development through construction completion.
- Create design concepts, layouts, and detailed design solutions.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Monitor design quality, timelines, and project requirements.
- Review materials, finishes, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Support project delivery while maintaining luxury design standards.
- Ensure designs align with UAE regulations and authority requirements.
- Contribute to residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use development design strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Design Management is an advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of interior design or interior-architecture experience.
- Proven experience with luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Experience with developers, real estate companies, architectural consultancies, or high-end design firms.
- Strong project-management skills and a high-quality design portfolio.
- UAE/GCC project experience and knowledge of local regulations are preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, technical documentation, and sustainable design practices.
